Membership is open to qualified, practising medical professionals. Complete the form below and the application will be reviewed against the submitted credentials before any profile is published — nothing goes live on the strength of the form alone.

What to have ready

The review is quicker if you have your primary medical qualification, postgraduate qualifications and any fellowships, current institutional affiliation, subspecialty interests and, for the senior tiers, your principal publications or leadership roles. A recent photograph and a short professional biography are used in the published profile. Documents can be supplied after the form is submitted if you do not have them to hand now.

Which tier to apply for

Apply for the tier that matches your years in independent practice: Silver for clinicians establishing themselves, Gold at roughly ten years and above, Platinum at fifteen years and above with a contribution beyond your own institution. If an application does not yet meet the threshold for the tier chosen, it is moved to the appropriate one rather than refused, and you are told before payment is taken.

After you apply

You will receive acknowledgement of the application, a request for any missing documentation, and confirmation once the profile is live. Hospitals and clinics apply through the institutional registration form instead. Questions about eligibility or documentation can be sent through the contact page before you become a member.

Fees and what happens if an application is not accepted

Fees differ by tier and are payable once the application has been reviewed and the tier confirmed, so you are not asked to pay for a level you do not yet qualify for. Applications that do not meet the criteria for any tier are declined with the reason given, and may be resubmitted later. Membership does not confer any clinical privilege, licence or endorsement of practice; it is a verified professional listing and a route into the education and speaking programme.
