What to include in your message
Replies are considerably faster when the message contains the specifics. For a membership question, state the tier you are applying for and your years in independent practice. For an order or download problem, include the order number and the title concerned. For an institutional listing, name the hospital or clinic and the city. For a course or conference enquiry, name the programme and the dates. If you are reporting an error in a published directory profile, identify the profile and the detail that is wrong.
