Institutional details are checked before publication and the listing can be amended throughout its term as departments, services and staff change. Groups operating several sites should contact us before purchase so the listing is configured once rather than duplicated across sites. An institutional listing is a verified directory profile; it is not an accreditation, an inspection or a rating of clinical outcomes, and it does not rank institutions against one another.
The hospital listing runs for a defined term and is renewable, with notice given before expiry. A formal invoice is issued for institutional accounting and purchase orders can be accommodated. Nominating a single administrative contact at registration means later amendments are not delayed by internal approval each time a department or consultant changes.
