3. Refunds & Disputes

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Service Fees

A standard processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) applies per transaction. Additional service fees may apply depending on the medical service booked.

5. Fraud Detection

Suspicious or high-risk transactions are automatically flagged. Your account may be temporarily suspended pending verification.
